Check Rear Differential Oil Level

1. Park machine on a level surface. Lower front-mounted equipment to the ground.

2. Engage park brake. Turn key switch OFF.

NOTE: Bottom guard removed for clarity of photograph

3. Remove check plugs (A).

4. Oil must be to bottom of opening.

IMPORTANT: Differential housings have three sumps. Fill each housing slowly to let oil drain into all sumps.

5. If necessary, add oil. (See Fuels and Lubricants chapter.)

6. Install check plugs.
